Kristiana Grace P. Alcaraz is a passionate music educator, vocalist, choral conductor, and pianist. She is a graduate of the Associate of Arts in Music (Music Education) and Bachelor of Music in Music Education programs from the University of the Philippines Diliman, where she also pursued minors in Voice under the tutelage of Rainier Cruz and in Piano under the tutelage of Pia Margarita Balasico. 

During her time in university, Grace learned established music-learning and teaching methods and gained deeper knowledge in music theory and literature. She also performed in various World Music ensembles, including Chinese, Afro-Latin, Indonesian Gamelan, the Koto, and Kalinga ensembles. As part of her teacher training, she became a student teacher of music and arts for Preschool, Elementary, and High School levels. She also completed her undergraduate Special Project titled "Collaborative Harmonies: Co-creating Music Pedagogy with In-Service Elementary School Teachers," which focused on helping elementary school teachers integrate music more effectively into classroom instruction. During her years at the University of the Philippines, she became a member of the UP Symphony Orchestra's Symphonic Chorus, the Junior Philippine Conductors' Association, and an active student leader of the UP Junior Music Educators' Guild and its performing groups. 

Grace's musical journey began at the age of six, when she started performing in numerous singing contests and events, primarily in the pop genre. She later became active in pop bands and choirs during junior high school before joining the pioneer batch of the Madz Schola Cantorum—the high school scholars of the Philippine Madrigal Singers. There, she developed strong foundations in music theory, piano, and voice while gaining extensive stage performance experience. She studied under the guidance of Mark Anthony Carpio, as well as various alumni and associates of the Philippine Madrigal Singers, including Luningning Aballe San Jose, Charlene Ramos, Keiko Cressida Cayanga, and Ma. Rhina Paula Palma-Cruz in Voice, and Alexis Faye Pal-Casiano in Piano. 

Currently, Grace serves as the choral conductor of Salakot Ecumenical Church and continues to perform with her aforementioned performing groups upon invitation. As a teacher, Grace believes that every student can grow in musical ability through patient guidance, consistent practice, and engaging and meaningful learning experiences. She strives to build strong foundations while nurturing confidence, creativity, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for music in every student.
